Training to be the best athlete you can be begins with building general strength. Strength is the foundation in which all other attributes are built off of. After establishing a solid base of strength, technique and practice, Rowh Fitness customizes programs to enhance athletic abilities for your sport, getting you ready to compete at your highest level.

Rates

Rates come in monthly packages.

5 times per week =$550 a month

4 times per week =$475 a month

3 times per week = $400 a month

2 times per week =$300 a month

1 time per week =$200 a month
